The Park Hotel Ai Cappuccini is a carefully renovated seventeenth century monastery. The splendid building and the religious communities which built it and lived within it are all closely linked to the history of Gubbio.

Nature

Our restructuring projects were created to emphasise the original “conventual town” character of the area. The building is immersed in a large park with age-old trees and a magnificent olive tree orchard. The water source once used by the monks is still used by the hotel. There are many splendid paths available for walking, biking and horseback riding, including the famous Francescano Della Pace Path between Gubbio and Assisi. 15 km away lies one of the most natural, untainted parks in Italy, the Regional Park of the Monte Cucco, an ideal location for excursion in Karstic grottos, gorge descents and hiking paths.
